Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other subject matter experts to understand and document fintech products and services.
- Create and maintain API documentation, including Swagger specifications, for developers and integration partners.
- Develop user-friendly SaaS product documentation, user guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
- Produce AWS Cloud documentation to assist with the deployment and management of cloud-based solutions.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
- Keep documentation up-to-date with the latest product features and enhancements.
- Continuously improve documentation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer with a strong background in fintech documentation.
- Demonstrated expertise in API documentation, including Swagger.
- Familiarity with SaaS product documentation and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience documenting AWS Cloud services and solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for consistency and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience working in fintech or financial services is a significant plus.
