Technical Support Analyst – Web Apps
Compensation: DOE
We are currently seeking a highly skilled contractor to join our Technical Support team.
The ideal candidate should possess experience and proficiency in SQL, Linux, and Unix environments, coupled with a background in database maintenance.
This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting complex system issues, and contributing to the optimization of our systems. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our technical operations, working closely with our IT team to support our infrastructure.
Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, an understanding of database architecture, and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the food service industry is a plus but not mandatory.
