*Excellent support documentation writing skills
*Strong analytical and communication skills

*Cobol Program Development experience in an IBM Mainframe Environment
*Strong experience developing software in a CICS environment (online and batch)
*Strong experience writing JCL in an IBM Mainframe Environment
*Strong experience using TSO
*Experience developing software using VSAM files with a detailed understanding of how VSAM indexing works.
*Ability to support 2 or more technical areas.
*Incident and problem management experience
