The Supply Chain Data & Reporting Specialist role is a temporary role to oversee:
- Data management to collect, create, and manage the data accurately and timely
- Data error clearing
- Running/updating reports and creating new reports
- Documentation – creation and maintenance of job aids
JOB DUTIES:
- Serves as the point person for data-related tasks on an assigned project
- Create & manage the data templates and track to deadlines
- Coordinates the production of data by working collaboratively with Supply Planning team to collect and build the data
- Oversees and manages assigned data – ensure it meets predetermined format and orders
- Ensure the completion and accuracy of the data collected
- Coordinate the submission of the template to IS/IT
- Manage errors and corrections in templates, ERP tool and Planning Software
- Run and update reports
- Create new reports to automate and optimize the analysis
- To develop and maintain system documentation
- Fields data-related questions and assists with required process reviews
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 2+ years experience in data management field required
- 1+ years experience in Demand, Supply, Materials, or Logistics Planning preferred
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge required including pivot tables, managing large data sets with functions, charts and graphs creation, data validation, and advanced conditional formatting
- Demonstrated excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to details
- Learn on the fly
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to a collaborative work style.
- Ability to work independently and with ambiguity – can effectively cope with change and uncertainty
- Familiarity with Supply Planning, Netsuite software, and o9 Planning software is a plus
Compensation: $36/hour
