Job Description
Skills & Experience Required:
-7+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with demonstrated success leading SEO strategy for enterprise or complex brands.
-Perform ongoing performance analysis and diagnostics to understand what is driving (or limiting) discovery.
-Experience with website migrations or large-scale redesigns; ensuring SEO best practices are incorporated from planning through post launch validation, including site architecture, content mapping, redirect strategy, and search performance continuity.
-Supported multi-location SEO efforts, including local landing page optimization, Google Business Profile management
-Deep understanding of: Technical SEO fundamentals, On-page optimization, and schema -Content-driven discovery
-The evolving role of AI in search and answers.
-Experience working in the weeds with data using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Python, Google Search Console, and other common reporting platforms.
-SEO Tools: Familiarity with SEO and keyword research tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC), Adobe Analytics (Customer Journey Analytics), Yext, Botify and Screaming Frog.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear POV.
Minimum Education and/or Experience Required:
BS/BA in Computer Science, Marketing or other degree.
Compensation: $50-55 hourly DOE
