Senior SDET / Software Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product delivery teams to develop and ensure the quality of software solutions in an agile environment.
- Serve as a quality advocate, mentoring team members in QA practices and techniques.
- Work closely with technical teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure the correct solutions are built.
- Drive improvements in QA practices across teams and the organization.
Required Skills:
- 4-6 years of experience in automated software testing.
- Strong proficiency in Java (Spring/Spring Boot), JavaScript, and SQL.
- Expertise in Agile development and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with version control (preferably Git) and automated testing frameworks (Junit, WebDriverIO, Jasmine/Jest).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js), Salesforce, AWS, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
- Knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, TDD) and security principles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
