About the Role:
Our client is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Lifecycle, to build our ML-powered global Winback engine. You will lead the effort to design the technical requirements, experimentation framework, measurement standards, and feedback loops required to power intelligent promo and content personalization at global scale.
You will partner with Product, Engineering, Machine Learning, Marketing Analytics, Finance, and Regional teams to transform winback from a campaign-based program into a durable, AI-driven growth infrastructure.

Our client is looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Lifecycle, to build our ML-powered global Winback engine. You will lead the effort to design the technical requirements, experimentation framework, measurement standards, and feedback loops required to power intelligent promo and content personalization at global scale.
You will partner with Product, Engineering, Machine Learning, Marketing Analytics, Finance, and Regional teams to transform winback from a campaign-based program into a durable, AI-driven growth infrastructure.
You Will:
- Lead the end-to-end build of an automated, AI-driven global winback system, translating churn prediction and Next Best Action models into real-time, 1:1 lifecycle execution.
- Define the technical requirements for dynamic promo and content personalization (offer logic, channel orchestration, timing, frequency), ensuring seamless integration across lifecycle platforms, promo systems, and ML models.
- Build rigorous holdout and experimentation frameworks to measure true incremental impact (transactions, revenue, profit, NPV/LTV) and create closed-loop data flows that improve model performance.
- Be program lead across Product, Engineering, ML, Analytics, Finance, and Regional teams, driving roadmap alignment, milestone execution, and tradeoff decisions to institutionalize winback as a durable growth engine.
You Have:
- 8+ years of lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing experience.
- Experience building automated personalization systems — not just campaigns.
- Experience partnering with Machine Learning and Data Science teams.
- Technical fluency — able to translate between requirements and engineering specifications.
- Deep experience with experimentation design, incrementality testing, and measurement frameworks.
- Experience with omni-channel marketing platforms (Braze or equivalent) and dynamic content/promo logic.
- Comfortable leading complex programs with high ambiguity.
- Ability to make tradeoffs between growth, cost, and customer experience.
Compensation: $70/hour
