Responsibilities:
- Utilize SQL for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis.
- Document and optimize business processes, creating clear process flow diagrams.
- Design interactive Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy.
- Integrate data from various sources for a unified view, maintaining data quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document business needs, translating requirements into technical specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive process, data model, and report documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and stay updated on emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience - 5+ years -Â as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with process flow mapping and optimization.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or similar.
- Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling.
