Job Description
We are seeking experienced Senior Technical Recruiters to support hiring across engineering and corporate functions in a fast-paced aerospace environment. Opportunities are available for recruiters specializing in Mechanical/RF/Technical Engineering, Software Engineering, and general professional staffing. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for positions ranging from entry-level contributors to senior leadership, partnering directly with hiring managers to develop talent strategies, define candidate profiles, and deliver highly qualified candidates. This is a true recruiting role focused on identifying, engaging, and converting passive talent through targeted sourcing, networking, and relationship-building rather than high-volume recruiting. You will manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while providing market intelligence, compensation insights, and guidance to hiring teams throughout the hiring process.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record recruiting technical talent within aerospace, defense, or other highly specialized engineering environments and is comfortable working in a dynamic setting where priorities and processes evolve. Success in this role requires strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted partnerships through regular face-to-face interaction with hiring managers and business leaders. You will help improve recruiting processes, maintain active talent pipelines, analyze hiring trends, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance. Candidates should be collaborative, highly organized, consultative in their approach, and passionate about identifying top-tier talent for mission-critical positions.
