We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep technical expertise and a strong sense of ownership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and shipping high-quality applications end-to-end—from early design through production.
You’ll play a key role in developing modern, scalable software while leveraging cutting-edge AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and code quality.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and/or Ruby on Rails
- Own projects from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define and implement features
- Use modern AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude Code, CodeX) to enhance development workflows
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction
- Mentor engineers and support a strong engineering culture
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience building applications using:
- React (frontend)
- Node.js and/or Ruby on Rails (backend)
- Proven ability to own and deliver projects end-to-end
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Experience working with payments systems or financial transactions
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
- Familiarity with AI-assisted/agentic coding tools and workflows
- Experience designing APIs and working with cloud-based architectures
