Key Responsibilities:
- Develop research studies to test hypotheses on user behavior and engagement.
- Prioritize assumptions and unknowns to inform product decisions.
- Deliver value by making critical trade-offs and coordinating cross-team efforts.
- Align product deliverables with customer and business KPIs.
- Strategically plan product launches, communications, training, and post-launch analysis.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate insights.
- Apply qualitative/quantitative data to guide product discovery and decisions.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years as a Software Product Manager, including 2-3 years with ServiceNow implementations.
- Bachelor's degree; Agile experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer-centric mindset.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday) is a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
- Education technology or ServiceNow certification experience.
- Based in Salt Lake City or Phoenix, with relocation assistance available.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for enhancing ServiceNow implementations.
