Job Description:

As a Scrum Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the agile development process for 3-4 cross-functional scrum teams. This role is remote with onsite as needed in the Phoenix area.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to Scrum Masters and Agile teams, ensuring alignment with agile principles and best practices.
  • Continuously improve agile processes, methodologies, and workflows to enhance team productivity and delivery efficiency.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between teams, product owners, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.
  • Efficiently allocate resources, including Scrum Masters and team members, across multiple projects to meet deadlines and project requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and impediments that may impact the progress of agile teams.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of agile teams and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest agile methodologies, tools, and trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of agile practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or Equivalent Experience
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification.
  • Proven experience managing multiple Scrum teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
