Job Description
Required Skills & Experience:
Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles.
Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
Strong, demonstrated knowledge of Scrum and understanding of the software development life cycle.
Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams.
Strong interpersonal, networking, collaboration skills and cultural awarenes
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Experience in a healthcare setting of hospitals and clinics
• Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe Scrum Master certified STRONGLY preferred.
Experience navigating transformation in highly regulated industries is a plus.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree + min. 4+ years relevant experience required
Compensation: $75.00-$80.00 hourly DOE
