Title: Salesforce Developer
Type: Contract
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Position Description The Senior Salesforce Developer will work with our existing internal product management team and existing development staff to develop, enhance and streamline our Salesforce systems. This position works with minimal supervision and exercises independent judgment within well-defined parameters. This position is responsible for developing and customizing all technical aspects of Salesforce and will collaborate with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to determine requirements and translate them into business needs in order to design, configure, test and deploy effective tools within Salesforce Service cloud environment. In Addition will participate in the review of the source code, participate in Agile ceremonies such as: daily scrum meetings, planning, retrospection, etc. Provide input and clarifications to other developers during development of deliverables and when applicable, provide access to appropriate staff to clarify requirements. Attend JAD and JTD sessions as necessary. 1. Temporary Contract position - 6 months. 2. It is a Contract Position and candidates need not be a US Citizen, but able to work in the US with a Valid work permit. Skills Required - Salesforce Service Cloud Administration. - Visualforce and Apex Development Lightning framework. - Object oriented development Data Modeling, management and security AGILE Development. - Experience in all phases of the SDLC including analysis, design, coding, unit testing, integration, maintenance, and Quality assurance / performance testing. -Strong customer service skills. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud / MuleSoft Experience Preferred Skills Preferred Experience Required - Working knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Agile and test driven development. - Development experience using Responsive Web Design. - Considerable working knowledge of Salesforce governor limits. - Considerable working knowledge of integrating Salesforce applications with other systems. - Strong knowledge in Salesforce Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, SOQL statements, Salesforce development best practices and building Salesforce Communities. -Multi-platform development languages and databases. -Experience in specifying system performance requirements, network utilization targets, system resource budgets and creating flexible APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). Experience Preferred Education Required Minimum Education Level: BA Education Preferred Additional Information A copy of level one fingerprint clearance card is required prior to issuing a PO. Also, background check clearance must be completed. Additional requirements for this position: 1. Temporary Contract position - 6 months. 2. DES DTS will not provide VISA sponsorship as of today. - Demonstrated ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team. - Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. - Demonstrated ability to develop and write technical documentation. - Demonstrated ability to evaluate and test new Salesforce related products. - Demonstrated ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations. -Ability to develop technical specifications, designs, and architecture artifacts.
