Overview
We’re partnering with a large enterprise organization to support the build-out of internal business applications that improve workflows, data visibility, and operational efficiency. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform. You’ll work closely with functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly applications.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Design, build, and enhance business applications using Power Apps (both canvas-style and data-driven app models)
  • Develop solutions that connect to multiple data sources including Dataverse, SQL-based systems, SharePoint, and external platforms
  • Create automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate
  • Partner directly with business users to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver production-ready applications
  • Improve and maintain existing applications, including performance tuning, troubleshooting, and enhancements
  • Build clean, intuitive interfaces optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences
  • Monitor application health, resolve defects, and support ongoing platform improvements
  • Follow established governance, security, and data management standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Hands-on experience building solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
  • Strong background working with data models, relational data sources, and system integrations
  • Comfortable developing applications that manipulate, present, and automate business data
  • Experience working within Microsoft 365 environments
  • Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders and translate needs into technical solutions
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Experience working in iterative or Agile-style development environments
Nice to Have
  • Degree in technology-related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Power Platform or related cloud certifications
  • Several years of experience delivering Power Platform solutions in a business environment
