Recruiting Specialist

- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Essential for building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry contacts.
- Attention to Detail & Organization: Managing multiple candidates while ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to recruitment challenges and unexpected changes.
- Networking: Building strong professional relationships to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Decision-Making: Making informed decisions to hire qualified candidates.
The Recruiter will focus on:
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Managing the candidate experience from sourcing through to hire.
- Staying current with recruitment practices and aviation industry trends.
- Facilitating hiring decisions and negotiating offers.
- Recruitment Strategies: Developing methods to attract qualified candidates, particularly in aviation.
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilizing online job postings, recruitment events, and more.
- Interviewing: Assessing candidate qualifications and culture fit.
- Decision Facilitation: Coordinating with hiring managers and negotiating job offers.
- Data Management: Keeping accurate records and metrics.
- Industry Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) trends and skills.
- Recruitment Events: Participating in on-site and off-site events to promote the company.
- Education: High School Graduate.
- Experience: 5+ years of recruiting, preferably in aviation.
- Office/Hangar: The recruiter will work in both office and hangar settings.
- Travel: As required for recruiting events.
- Business Acumen, Planning/Organizing, Managing Relationships, Valuing Differences, Adaptability, Continuous Learning, Safety Focus, and Quality Orientation.
