About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Non-Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on a 6-month contract basis. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for a variety of business functions, including operations, customer success, finance, marketing, HR, sales, and other corporate roles. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiting professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a track record of identifying and attracting top talent in fast-paced environments.
This position follows a hybrid work model and requires regular onsite presence in our Seattle office.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for non-technical and corporate positions, from intake meetings through offer acceptance.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and deliver exceptional talent pipelines.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct recruiter screens and coordinate interview processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Drive candidate engagement and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines and business objectives.
- Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring trends to business leaders.
- Ensure recruiting data is accurately maintained within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including HR, compensation, and hiring teams to facilitate successful hiring outcomes.
- Support diversity recruiting initiatives and best practices to attract a broad range of qualified candidates.
- Minimum 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on non-technical/corporate hiring.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for roles across business functions such as Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Administration.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working with ATS platforms and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience recruiting within the FinTech industry.
- Background supporting high-growth, startup, or rapidly scaling organizations.
- Experience recruiting for regulated industries such as financial services, banking, payments, or lending.
- Knowledge of recruiting metrics and data-driven hiring practices.
- Results-oriented and accountable.
- Strong consultative approach with hiring managers.
- Exceptional candidate experience mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-changing environment.
Compensation: $55/hour
