Job Description
o   Manufacturing or Process Engineering - They need to understand how factory flows work and how to optimize them. How to find waste. How to track material, etc.Â
o   Electronics experience - In addition to knowing general manufacturing knowledge they need to have some idea of electronics. It does NOT need to be in servers as that is such a small pool it makes it nearly impossible. Can be in consumer electronics, automotive, etc. If the person has only have worked on mechanical items (like assembly, welding, etc) it’s not going to work. They have to have worked on a product that has electrical components and software components.Â
o   Basic data analysis. Excel proficiency at a minimum. SQL is a nice to have but not needed. They need to be able to get a spreadsheet that shows 100 servers and has timestamps for when they started and stopped test and be able to say on average how long things are taking, what’s the worst case, etc. (Just as an example.)
Compensation: $55-60 hourlyÂ
