Job Description
Project Coordinator
Compensation: DOE
Will support the IT Project Manager with coordination of workstream deliverables.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor progress and update project schedules, advise project manager if tasks slipping
• Monitor risks, action items, issues, and decisions to document and follow-up as needed
• Coordinate delivery of hardware to affected sites.
• Ensure effective communication with the sites to ensure a smooth go-live
• Create and post documentation to Teams/SharePoint sites
• Facilitate team meetings and document decisions and action items
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing
• Highly organized and motivated individual
• Ability to work effectively with IT and non-IT team members
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• PMI CAPM Certification
• Certified Scrum Master
