We are seeking a Piping Designer to join our team in a flexible location, supporting the design and drafting of mechanical and piping systems for oil and gas and other energy projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers to develop and refine technical drawings, piping isometrics, and construction documents, while addressing complex design challenges such as material limitations, conflicting requirements, and coordination across disciplines. You will also contribute to as-built documentation and evaluate design alternatives for cost-effectiveness using mathematical modeling.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of piping design experience, strong proficiency with P&IDs and CADWorx, and familiarity with 3D design tools. Experience in oil and gas or other commercial industries, along with client-facing experience, is highly valued. This position offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects while applying your design expertise and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
Compensation: $45/hr.
