Job Description
PDS is looking for a Partner Success Manager
- 3+ years in partner management, channel sales, customer success, or related roles in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise software business models.
- Demonstrated success with partner ecosystems and indirect sales motions.
- Exceptional communication, relationship building, and account management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and translate insights into actionable steps.
Preferred
- Experience working with global partner networks, MSPs, distributors, or ISVs.
- Knowledge of major cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) or enterprise tech stacks.
- Familiarity with PRM tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and partner enablement platforms.
- Certifications in partner management, channel marketing, or cloud technologies.
