Job Description

Compensation: $160K
Title: Operational Excellence Manager
Location: CA - On-site
Responsibilities:

Manage projects to enhance site processes and deliver value
Implement AeroLean Production Standards: including 5S, Operator Standard Work, Problem Solving, VSMs, Poka Yoke, Visual Management, Kanban & Pull systems.
Lead continuous improvement concepts & methodologies.
Facilitate strategic agreement of goals with the leadership team by coaching & influencing at all levels.

Requirements:

Black Belt Certified
5 years' experience in manufacturing operations management, process engineering management, and/or quality management. 10 years exp. is preferred.
Bachelor of Science degree or higher in STEM or related field required
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
