Job Description

Compensation: $160K
Title: Operational Excellence Manager
Location: CA - On-site
Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects to enhance site processes and deliver value
  • Implement AeroLean Production Standards: including 5S, Operator Standard Work, Problem Solving, VSMs, Poka Yoke, Visual Management, Kanban & Pull systems.
  • Lead continuous improvement concepts & methodologies.
  • Facilitate strategic agreement of goals with the leadership team by coaching & influencing at all levels.
Requirements: 
  • Black Belt Certified
  • 5 years' experience in manufacturing operations management, process engineering management, and/or quality management. 10 years exp. is preferred. 
  • Bachelor of Science degree or higher in STEM or related field required
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
