Job Description
Core Requirements
Strong networking fundamentals
CCNP-level skills (certification preferred)
5+ years hands-on networking experience
Strong Python proficiency — must be able to read, review, troubleshoot, and identify issues in code
Note: ~50% of the role involves coding, primarily code review and validation.
Technical Environment & Responsibilities
Work centers on backbone capacity planning and Data Center connectivity projects.
Exposure to both Cisco and Juniper environments.
Required strong knowledge of:
Linux
BGP and OSPF
DWDM experience is highly preferred.
Uses Amazon’s internal ticketing systems.
Compensation: $75-80 hourly DOE
