Job Description

The Services may include, but are not limited to:
  • Participating in and advising on IBP (Integrated Business Planning) & CBP processes, with a core specialization in 30G and Equity business deliverables
  • Diagnosing business performance drivers and providing insights to improve business performance
  • Participating in and advising on integrated marketing campaign, inclusive of partnering with Integrated Marketing Communications Team
  • to guide development of FY27 brief and assist in any agency partner RFPs
  • Refining 30G/Equity Brand Plan for FY27, with heavy focus on National Sales Meeting deliverables
  • Participating in retailer meetings and JBPs with a focus on 30G and Equity business
  • Advising the team in development of 3-year growth strategies for Key Strategic Business Units
  • Advising on

  • Price Pack Architecture project for the core 30G business
  • Advising on potential pricing action roll-out
  • Guiding team on product portfolio strategy development and refinement
  • Consulting and advising Brand team members on Brand team projects and workstreams. Currently 2 Manager; 3 ABMs on 30g Core Protein business.

Key Qualities:
  • CPG experience,
  • ability to step in and hit ground running immediately/vertical ramp up,
  • player coach ability — will need to roll up sleeves and individually do as well as enable results thru team
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication
  • Prefer more general manager profile than pure marketing communications background — needs to be fluent in consumption data

Compensation: $125/hour
