We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support the design, development, and implementation of efficient, high-quality production processes for advanced aerospace hardware. In this role, you’ll serve as the bridge between design and manufacturing—translating engineering requirements into practical, repeatable processes that enable the production of complex flight and ground systems. You’ll develop detailed work instructions, lead manufacturing planning, manage build sequences, and ensure all hardware meets design intent, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the creation of precision aerospace systems from raw materials to finished assemblies.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of mechanical design, GD&T, and aerospace manufacturing fundamentals, with at least seven years of hands-on experience supporting hardware fabrication, assembly, and integration. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where solving problems and driving process improvements are part of your daily routine. Experience with AS9100, PLM systems (such as Windchill), Lean Manufacturing principles, and manufacturing execution systems is strongly preferred. If you’re passionate about optimizing production and ensuring the highest level of quality in aerospace manufacturing—we’d like to meet you.
Compensation: $80.00/hr.
