Title: Maintenance & Reliability Manager
Compensation: $135K DOE + 12% Bonus

Job Duties:
- Develop and implement manufacturing plan with the management team members.
- Define the maintenance plan including preventive and predictive maintenance plans, in line with the agreed manufacturing plan, in order to ensure maximum availability of the production facilities
- Lead the execution of the maintenance plan and take corrective actions
- Define performance indicators and ensure periodical reporting of actual performance against predefined targets
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in a safe and environmentally acceptable manner
- Develop, implement and manage a cost effective and efficient maintenance organization SOPs and systems.
- Effectively manage plant shutdowns
- Provide technical support to manufacturing personnel
- Review yearly cost budget for the maintenance organization.
- Manage Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Plan (PPM
- Analyze the plant and determine the criticality of installed equipment.
- Perform Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA), equipment
- Identify equipment reliability by evaluating the performance of the plant, using statistical methods, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis)
- Update CURE (CMMS) with new equipment (Projects and / or modifications)
- Assess yearly PPM and propose improvement (eg. TPM, Thermography, )
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical or process engineering
- 4 years on the job experience
- CLS (Certified Lubrication Specialist)
- CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional)
- CRL (Certified Reliability Leader)
