We’re seeking a Lead Process Engineer to take ownership of process design and optimization efforts for complex midstream and energy infrastructure projects. In this role, you’ll guide multidisciplinary teams in developing process simulations, sizing and specifying equipment, and creating key deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs, and material balances. You’ll also provide technical leadership and mentorship within the process engineering group—ensuring designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards while aligning with project timelines and budgets. This position offers the chance to directly influence the success of large-scale oil, gas, and power projects while solving challenging engineering problems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Chemical Engineering and 8+ years of experience in oil and gas process design, supported by deep technical knowledge of process modeling tools such as HYSYS, ProMax, or VMGSim. Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a track record of driving cross-functional coordination are essential. Whether you’re supporting process troubleshooting, performing feasibility studies, or leading a team through design execution, this role provides the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of energy operations.
Compensation: $150 -170k
