Job Description
We’re seeking an IT Supervisor to join our team and provide critical support for local information systems and telecommunications infrastructure. In this role, you’ll help plan, organize, maintain, and improve site-level computer systems, networks, and wireless communications under the guidance of regional IT leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain site computer systems, conventional and wireless telecom infrastructure.

Monitor and report on local IS compliance and policy deadlines.

Provide documentation and support for SOX and internal compliance requirements.

Partner with process control teams to define best practices for managing infrastructure and servers.

Mentor and train local IS technicians, including PC Support and Network Administrators.

Collaborate with end users to resolve IS support and service issues.
-
Work closely with other site coordinators and regional IT managers to ensure interoperability and standardization.

Communicate local IT issues to regional and enterprise teams while building strong working relationships.

Assist with planning and execution of capital projects related to IT and communications.

Ensure the integrity and security of site computer and communication systems.

Coach and mentor team members, provide feedback, and complete performance reviews.

Support employee development and involvement initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 4+ years of IT service delivery experience; OR
-
Associate’s degree or IT Certificate and 5+ years of IT experience; OR
-
High School diploma/GED and 7+ years of IT service delivery experience.
Preferred Skills
-
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Experience supporting IT infrastructure in complex, industrial, or multi-site environments.
Work Environment & Conditions
-
Work may be performed in office, industrial, or outdoor settings, including exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, moving equipment, and airborne particles.
-
May occasionally be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
-
Regular activities include standing, sitting, climbing stairs, and performing tasks requiring manual dexterity.
-
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required in certain environments, including hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe boots, gloves, and respirators as needed.

Must be able to work in potentially high-pressure environments.
-
Commitment to a drug- and alcohol-free workplace, including pre-employment and random testing where required by law.
