Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and communication among cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

- Initiate projects following appropriate project management methodology including gathering and defining project requirements, developing project charters, project plans and schedules.
- Provide work direction and leadership to assigned project team, including scheduling, assignment of work, review of project efforts and removal of roadblocks which may inhibit project success
- Identifies and recommends potential improvements in current methodologies.
- Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with project sponsors, vendors and key clients.
- Maintain appropriate professional designation and up-to-date knowledge of current information technology techniques and tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

3–5+ years of experience in IT project management or similar role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years or more in the IT industry and proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector.
- Relies on technical skills, experience and judgment to plan and complete tasks.
- Perform a variety of complicated tasks which require strong computer and analytical skills.
- Experience in project support role and in coordinating projects for IT Teams.
- Ability to lead small to medium projects with directions.
- Strong ability to document processes and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and functional team members.
- Experience identifying and working through process improvement activities related to systems.
- Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently and take initiative to accomplish goals and objectives.
- Experience working with MS Office suite of products including Word, Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
