Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced satellite industry environment. This role will be responsible for conducting candidate reference checks, coordinating and tracking background screening activities with HireRight and candidates, maintaining accurate recruiting and HR records, and providing critical administrative support throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of administrative experience, exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem solving. While prior HR or Talent Acquisition experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with a strong corporate administrative background who thrive in process-driven environments, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and take initiative to resolve issues and keep hiring activities moving forward. A college degree is preferred but not required.
Compensation: $35/hr.Â
