Senior Full Stack Software Engineer
Onsite - Centennial CO
Target Base Salary: $140k - $175k
We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex business problems through software and wants to have a direct impact on how products are designed, built, and delivered.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working directly with end users, and prefers building solutions over attending meetings about building solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and developing full-stack applications from database through user interface
- Building APIs, integrations, and workflows that connect multiple business systems
- Working directly with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain teams to understand challenges and deliver solutions
- Translating real-world business processes into practical software tools
- Leveraging modern AI development tools and automation technologies to improve productivity and user experience
- Taking ownership of projects from concept through deployment and adoption
What We're Looking For
- Strong full-stack software development experience
- Experience designing APIs and integrating complex systems
- Ability to work across frontend, backend, databases, and cloud environments
- Experience building internal platforms, operational tools, or business-critical applications
- Familiarity with modern AI development tools, agent workflows, or AI-assisted software development
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders
