Operations Analyst
Compensation: DOEÂ
Responsibilities:
This position is within the Wire Investigations team will be responsible for handling and resolving wire transfer issues. Position is intended to provide operational support to team members serving on ISO20022 project.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following wire research: Wire amendments, recalls, returns and traces. Role may also include general ledger account research, updates to procedures, process maps and job aids and creation of training materials.
Skills and requirements include:
• Strong ability to multi-task and support cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving and research skills and ability to identify issues requiring escalation
• Works well independently as well as part of a cohesive team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
Minimum 3-5 years operational banking experience strongly preferred.
