Job Description
Title: Manager - Electrical Engineering & Process Control
Compensation: $140K + bonus, DOE/DOQ
Location: On-site, but relocation is offered.

Manager for Process Control & Electrical Engineering you will support production activities and facility operations, including process troubleshooting, process improvements, support of multiple projects, and leadership of several projects.

Description:
Manager for Process Control & Electrical Engineering you will support production activities and facility operations, including process troubleshooting, process improvements, support of multiple projects, and leadership of several projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee small team of process control / electrical engineering professionals
- Direct and provide direction to contracted draftsperson / drawing specialist
- Ensure compliance to EHS procedures, policies, and codes, including those around electrical safety for the facility
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Provide leadership in troubleshooting of processes, process control systems, and power distribution
- Lead projects (including capital) and plans related to continuous improvement to processes, process control systems, and power distribution.
- Work with other engineering disciplines, production departments, and maintenance team to accomplish the site’s goals
- The above items will be accomplished through delegation to the team or through direct involvement.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering in Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years’ related experience in electrical engineering and process controls
- Familiar with process control concepts & systems Familiar with industrial power distribution
