Job Description
Title: Manager - Controls Engineering team

Location: NY w/ occasional travel

Duties:
- Overseeing and managing performance of Controls team
- Ensure compliance with QMS procedures and instructions
- Work directly w/ other departments to ensure proper coordination/execution for proposals and orders to meet the scope, costs, and timelines
- Scheduling of outside controls fabricators and vendors as needed
- Developing products with both Product Management & New Product Development teams
At a minimum:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 8 years total experience
- 3 years of management or proven leadership
