Work is performed in a hybrid manner, including direct, on-location assistance as well as remote support.
The position is heavily hands-on and involves responsibility for the stability, upkeep, and optimization of server environments and user-facing technology. In addition to daily support, the role contributes to long-term system reliability through proactive maintenance, updates, and improvements.

Key functions include:

Delivering advanced technical assistance for server environments and employee computing equipment

Performing ongoing system maintenance, including updates, patches, and upgrades

Monitoring performance and capacity to ensure systems meet operational demands

Diagnosing and resolving user-reported issues related to system performance and functionality

Participating in and leading technical initiatives, deployments, and system enhancements

Developing technical documentation and instructional materials to support end users

Administering user access and permissions

Coordinating the tracking and disposition of retired or excess equipment

Responding quickly to technology issues in both office and field settings
