- 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
- 3+ years working within a banking, financial services, credit union, lending, payments, or fintech environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Strong experience facilitating stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops.
- Experience translating business needs into detailed functional requirements.
- Solid understanding of application development methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with Agile and/or Scrum teams.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
