Job Description
We're looking for a Business Analyst to help make our digital content more accessible. You'll work on organizing our online documents, forms, websites, and apps to meet accessibility standards, plan improvements, and keep track of our progress.
Key Tasks
- Make a list of all our digital content.
- Help create a plan to improve accessibility.
- Look for new tools and services to help with accessibility.
- Keep track of digital services and our agreements with vendors.
- Work with teams to assess accessibility risks and find solutions.
- Help departments gather their documents and forms.
- Support and guide our accessibility advocates in different departments.
- Communicate well with everyone involved, both inside and outside our team.
Skills You Need
- Experience with accessibility standards like WCAG 2.1 AA.
- Good at analyzing systems and processes.
- Able to study data and make smart recommendations.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
