Job Description

ServiceNow Business Analyst 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ServiceNow platform.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business processes.
  • Design and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and others based on business requirements.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation of processes, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Provide end-user training and support for ServiceNow applications, ensuring effective and efficient use of the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality.
  • Stay informed about ServiceNow updates, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform functionalities, configurations, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and practices is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
