- Technical PM role – working with Dev teams and also working with business stakeholders
- Strong communication and business acumen working with high level stakeholders. Need to be able to adjust software skills between tech resources and leaders/stakeholders.
- Manage a budget and assist with the budget process
- Big picture / group of projects - $1M+ (Individual projects – 100ks project)
- This PM role – helping develop budgets
- Ideally someone that has experience with Agile type budgeting as we want to evolve some things away from waterfall.
- Present one way up to leadership and then day to day is Agile.
- Project Manager principles,
- Need to interface with publishing side of client; they are Waterfall
Top 3 Skills Needed
- #1 – Communication, Soft Skills and Matrix Leadership
- #2 Budgeting experience
- #3 Agile Project Management experience
