Fully Remote - Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Specialist
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Specialist to support the AR Manager in ensuring timely payment collection. In this role, you’ll review account information, resolve discrepancies, and connect with clients to address past-due balances. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator with strong record-keeping skills.
What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct collection calls on past-due accounts.

Ensure payments are collected in a timely manner.

Review account details and correct discrepancies.

Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances.

Utilize Salesforce, Intacct, and internal collection tools.

Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Should Have
-
1+ year of collections experience (non-medical).

1+ year of customer service experience.

Strong math, typing, and computer skills (especially with bookkeeping software).

Excellent communication, research, and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle challenging situations.
Bonus Points If You Have

Salesforce experience.
