Job Description
We are seeking a Subcontract Administrator II/III to manage complex supplier agreements and high value procurement activities supporting large scale engineering and manufacturing programs. In this role, you will oversee the full subcontract lifecycle—from solicitation and award through performance management and closeout—while supporting major purchases such as large structures, fabricated assemblies, and long lead components. You’ll lead RFP development, perform detailed cost and price analyses, negotiate contract terms, and establish long term agreements and master service agreements that align with program goals and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in contract negotiation, subcontract administration, and supplier relationship management within fast paced, highly regulated environments. You will work closely with engineering, legal, and program teams to define requirements, manage milestone based statements of work, and ensure suppliers meet performance, schedule, and quality expectations. Success in this role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to mitigating risk and maintaining supplier performance across complex programs.
