Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Subcontract Administrator III to support procurement activities within a fast paced new product development environment. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of procurement efforts—from sourcing and negotiating to order placement, tracking, and closeout—ensuring materials and services are delivered on time and meet program requirements. You will work closely with cross functional teams to introduce new suppliers and components, maintain strong vendor relationships, and proactively monitor open orders to mitigate risk and prevent delays. The ideal candidate brings strong aerospace procurement experience, excellent follow up and organizational skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively while managing multiple priorities in a high visibility, schedule driven setting.
Compensation: $65 - $80.00/hr. depending on location
