We are seeking an experienced Sr. Buyer to lead procurement efforts for construction and facilities-related projects across a dynamic and evolving organization. This role involves end-to-end sourcing responsibilities—from issuing RFPs and evaluating bids to negotiating and managing fixed-price and cost-type contracts. You'll work closely with project managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve purchasing processes and supplier performance.
The ideal candidate brings at least eight years of tactical-level experience in procurement or supply chain, with a strong background in construction and facilities purchasing. You should be well-versed in cost and price analysis, supplier development, contract compliance, and ERP tools such as Costpoint and Coupa. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential, along with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Knowledge of public purchasing procedures, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are highly desirable.
Compensation: $75.00/hr.
