We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Payroll Administrator to support end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves backing up payroll functions, resolving discrepancies, performing payroll audits, and reconciling wage and tax data using tools like Workday and ADP. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing complex payroll tasks, preparing journal entries, supporting month- and year-end close activities, and staying current with evolving compliance requirements.
This position requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and familiarity with payroll systems. Candidates with experience in Workday or Costpoint are highly desirable. You’ll play a key role in documenting processes, supporting audits, processing equity grants, and answering payroll-related inquiries from employees. Compensation: $43.00/hr
