Job Description
Ground Software Engineer III – We seek an experienced Ground Software Engineer to design, implement, and maintain mission-critical software for Lunar Transportation Mission Operations Centers. Your role will involve developing software to support mission planning, telemetry data processing, system health monitoring, and command sequencing for lunar space vehicles. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define software requirements and architectures, develop rapid prototypes, and ensure software safety and reliability. Candidates should have a B.S. in Software or Engineering, 5+ years of experience with C++ or Python, and familiarity with Linux environments. Preferred skills include Qt, cloud technologies, and experience in critical application software development. Passion for space exploration is essential.
Compensation: $65-90/hr, depending on location.
