Job Description
Ground Software Engineer II – Join our team as a Ground Software Engineer, where you will develop, test, and integrate mission-critical software for Lunar Transportation Mission Operations Centers. Your work will support safe and repeatable space flights by enabling Earth-based operators to manage space vehicle functions, including mission planning, telemetry data processing, system health monitoring, and command sequencing. Responsibilities include designing and deploying safety-critical software, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and creating rapid prototypes. Candidates should have a B.S. in Software or Engineering, 2-5 years of software development experience in C++ or Python, and familiarity with Linux environments. Preferred skills include Qt, aerospace operations software, and safety-critical system development. Passion for space exploration is essential.
Compensation: $60-75/hr, depending on location.
