Responsibilities:
- Manufacture, assemble, and test aerospace components according to established procedures.
- Assist in setting up new production areas and equipment.
- Perform verifications and inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Operate material handling equipment and precision tools.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
- 5-10+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or integration.
- Ability to interpret engineering models, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic digital literacy and ability to work in confined spaces.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful residency required.
- Industry certification or relevant degree.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Military experience is a plus.
