https://JOBS.PDSINC.COM/ en-us We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to support the development, production, and testing of advanced aerospace hardware in a fast-paced engineering environment. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product design and manufacturing by converting engineering requirements, drawings, and configurations into efficient, repeatable production processes. You will develop manufacturing plans and work instructions, support hardware builds through assembly and test, and identify opportunities to improve quality, reduce cost, and increase production efficiency. Working closely with design, test, quality, and production teams, you will provide technical guidance throughout the product lifecycle and help ensure hardware is delivered on schedule and to specification.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in mechanical and/or electrical engineering, along with experience supporting complex electromechanical products in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include leading Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly reviews, conducting failure analyses and root cause investigations, managing nonconformance activities, developing process controls, and supporting supplier and production readiness efforts. You will also help establish new manufacturing methods, evaluate and implement production equipment, and maintain hardware configuration and traceability throughout build and test operations. Candidates with experience in aerospace, defense, satellite systems, avionics, propulsion, structures, or other high-reliability products are highly encouraged to apply.
Compensation:  $60.00/hr.
